Cancellation & Refund Policy
Welcome to the 2026 Annual Statewide CHW Conference. We appreciate your dedication to community health advocacy across Missouri and look forward to your participation. To ensure we can provide the highest quality experience and networking opportunities, please review our official registration and refund policies below.
Non-Refundable Ticket Policy
All registration tickets for the 2026 conference are non-refundable. This includes all individual, group, and student categories. Once a purchase is finalized, payments cannot be returned as these funds are immediately allocated to secure venue capacity, keynote speakers, and catering for our attendees.
Ticket Transfer Policy
While registrations are non-refundable, they are fully transferable to another individual. If you find you are no longer able to attend the conference, you may assign your ticket to another member of your organization or the advocacy community. To request a transfer, please email kcregion@chwam.org with your original registration details and the name/email of the new attendee.
Vendor and Exhibitor Policy
Vendor booth spaces and sponsorship packages are non-refundable upon confirmation of payment. In the event of a cancellation by the exhibitor, please note the following policies regarding exhibit arrangements:
- Vendor fees cannot be credited toward future CHWAM events or conferences.
- Exhibitor booth spots may not be sublet or shared with other organizations without prior approval.
- Cancellations result in the immediate forfeiture of the assigned space.
