Regular Registration – $100.00
All conference registrations include a 1 year membership (or renewal) to the CHW Association of Missouri, as well as the ability to earn 12+ CHW CEUs through the conference.

Those registering earlier will receive a free CHWAM t-shirt while supplies last!

Those registering after February 9th will not be guaranteed the group room rate/lodging availability. After 2/9/23 the registration fee increases to $125.

The CHW Association of Missouri, in partnership with the MO Dept. of Health and Senior Services, Missouri Foundation for Health, and the University of Missouri Extension, invite you to our 2023 Annual Conference.

Each year, this conference provides CHWs, researchers, educators, and other healthcare stakeholders an opportunity to convene for a shared experience of continuing education, networking, and comradery. This year, for the first time in three years, the conference will be in person, hosted at the Hilton Garden Inn and Conference Center in Columbia, MO.
